Waterford Hops is located in Becker, MN, just a hop and a skip away from the Twin Cities. Our hops are all hydroponically grown and we focus on sustainability during the whole process. We have been growing hops for the last 5 years and a little over 3 years ago moved in to our 4000 square foot greenhouse for year round production. We are looking at adding another greenhouse in a few years to grow more varieties.
